Long Form Census 2020 Data Collection

In May-June 2022, BPS conducts the SP 2020 Long Form activity or popularized with the Advanced SP2020, where Census Officers with complete attributes accompanied by identification and letter of assignment will visit house to house in selected areas and conduct interviews with selected respondents.

This activity is intended to obtain more complete data not only related to demographic parameters, but also related to education, disability, employment and housing. The implementation of the Long Form SP2020 is a form of government trust in BPS whose results are awaited by various parties.
