Public Consultation Forum 8 Bojongloa Kaler Sub-district

May 4, 2023 | Other Activities

On 04 May 2023 BPS City of Bandung held a Research Public Consultation Forum (FKP) which was held in the area of Bojongloa Kaler sub-district, Suka Asih village, RT 01-09 RW 04.
This activity is a follow-up activity from the results of the field enumeration and processing that has been carried out. To strengthen these results, discussions were held involving the community through the Public Consultation Forum (FKP). This forum opens space for participation from the public as well as control over the compilation of government social protection data. The FKP process will be complex because it involves the community and personnel from outside BPS. Community involvement was represented by FKP participants consisting of the head of the local environmental unit (SLS) or a representative who understood the local community's condition as well as three representatives from community leaders, religious leaders, heads/administrators of village institutions. Apart from that, the Bintara Pembina Desa (Babinsa) and Bhayangkara Supervisor for Community Security and Order (Bhabinkamtibmas) were also invited to help provide security. FKP activities are guided by a facilitator assisted by two assistant facilitators and administrators who are carried out from sub-district to sub-district in their assigned area. During the FKP implementation, FKP participants were asked to examine the welfare group (very poor, poor, vulnerable to poor, and not poor) results of the 2022 Research and Research Preliminary Data Collection. In the next stage, recommendations for changes to the welfare group will be discussed in the forum so that research and study data from the FKP results are obtained in accordance with the mutual agreement.
