Training of PODES 2024 Officers

Village Potential (Podes) is the only complete data collection at the village level conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This fact brings both pride and challenges. The pride is, among other things, because the results of Podes will always be awaited and become a reference for many parties. Meanwhile, the challenge is that more and more parties are also highlighting and demanding the validity and accuracy of Podes data.

The purpose of the Podes 2024 data collection is to produce data for regional development purposes, providing data on the potential of the region, the availability of infrastructure/facilities, and socio-economic conditions in each village/kelurahan.

The Podes 2024 training of BPS Bandung City was held in a hybrid manner, namely 2 days online and 1 day offline on April 23-25, 2024.
