Socialization and Declaration of Cicadas Cantik 2024 Village

Tuesday, 27 August 2024 BPS Bandung City conducted socialisation and declaration of Kelurahan Cinta Statistik in 2024. One of the programmes carried out by BPS since 2021 and currently the village that is included in the Beautiful Village programme in 2024 is Cicadas Village, Cibeunying Kidul District. The purpose of this program is to increase literacy, awareness and active role of village officials and the community in the implementation of statistical activities, standardise Statistical Data Management to maintain the quality and comparability of statistical indicators, optimize the use and utilization of statistical data so that development programs in the village are right on target and to form statistical agent agents at the village level.

In the Cicadas Beautiful Village Declaration activity, representatives of Diskominfo Kota Bandung, Representatives of Bapelitbang Kota Bandung, Secretary of Cibeunying Kidul Subdistrict, Head of Cicadas Village, Cicadas Village Beautiful Village Development Team of BPS Bandung City and Village Officials and Cicadas Village Statistical Agents were also present.

Hopefully the signing of Desa Cantik Kelurahan Cicadas 2024 will encourage all urban villages in Bandung to realise the implementation of quality sectoral statistics towards targeted urban village development.
