Evaluation of Sakernas 2024 Enumeration

Tuesday, (August 27, 2024) BPS Bandung City held an Evaluation of Sakernas Enumeration for August 2024. This activity also monitored the ongoing Sakernas enumeration in the field. This meeting was held at the Bandung City BPS Hall and was attended by all Field Enumerators (PCL) and Field Examiners (PML). In general, the purpose of Sakernas August 2024 data collection is to provide sustainable basic labor data. In his remarks, the Head of BPS Bandung City said that the results of Sakernas data collection will produce important indicators related to employment, such as the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), Open Unemployment Rate (TPT), Employment Opportunity Rate (TKK), and other employment indicators that are valid and up to date. Therefore, it is expected that all Field Enumerators maximize the time still available until 31 August 2024 to achieve the 100 percent target. Enumeration is carried out properly and optimally to obtain accurate and quality data.
