Abstract

Bandung City MtM Inflation in August 2023 was -0.02 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 115.32; for the combined West Java MtM inflation of -0.05 percent, while the national MtM inflation was -0.02 percent.

Several commodities contributed to inflation and deflation this month, namely rice by 0.04 percent; house rent by 0.01 percent; college by 0.01 percent; rice with side dishes by 0.01 percent; purebred chicken meat by -0.01 percent; cooking oil by -0.01 percent; purebred chicken eggs by -0.02 percent; and red onions by -0.03 percent.
