Abstract

Month to month (m-to-m) inflation in Bandung City in April 2024 amounted to 0.13 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106.12, for West Java MtM inflation of 0.15 percent, while national MtM inflation was 0.25 percent.

Some commodities that contributed to inflation this month were shallots by 0.09 percent; clove cigarettes by 0.06 percent; gold jewelry by 0.06 percent; inter-city transportation by 0.05 percent; garlic by 0.03 percent; chicken meat by 0.03 percent; rice by -0.03 percent; cayenne pepper by -0.07 percent; eggs by -0.10 percent; and red chili by -0.14 percent.
