Abstract

Month to month (m-to-m) inflation in Bandung City in August 2024 amounted to 0.13 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106.18, for West Java m-to-m inflation of 0.07 percent, while national m-to-m deflation amounted to 0.03 percent.

Several commodities that contributed to inflation this month, namely gasoline by 0.06 percent; cayenne pepper by 0.06 percent; gold jewelry by 0.04 percent; white cigarettes by 0.04 percent; rice by 0.03 percent; academy / college by 0.02 percent; clove cigarettes by 0.02 percent; chicken eggs by -0.02 percent; chicken meat by -0.02 percent and shallots by -0.03 percent.
