Abstract

Bandung City MtM inflation in May 2023 occurred at 0.10 percent with

Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 114.92; for the combined West Java MtM inflation of 0.12 percent, while the national MtM inflation was 0.09 percent.

Several commodities contributed to inflation and deflation this month, namely eggs by 0.05 percent; filter kretek cigarettes by 0.05 percent; purebred chicken meat by 0.01 percent; garlic by 0.01 percent; gold jewelry by 0.01 percent; red onion by -0.01 percent; inter-city transportation by -0.01 percent and cayenne pepper -0.02 percent.
