Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in Bandung City in July 2024 reached 67.54 percent, up 2.77 points compared to the June 2024 TPK (m-to-m) which reached 64.77 percent. Likewise, when compared to the July 2023 TPK (y-on-y), the Star Hotel TPK increased by 2.33 points.

The percentage of foreign guests who came to stay at star hotels in Bandung City in July 2024 reached 2.00 percent. The percentage of Indonesian guests who came to stay at star hotels reached 98.00 percent.

The average length of stay of guests in star hotels in July 2024 was 1.46 days. The average length of stay for foreign guests was 1.98 days and for Indonesian guests was 1.45 days.
