Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of hotels in Bandung City in October 2024 reached 60.18 percent, up 1.47 points compared to the September 2024 TPK which reached 58.71 percent.

The October 2024 TPK of star hotels was 63.71 percent, up 1.65 points compared to the September 2024 TPK which reached 62.06 percent.

Non-star hotel TPK in October 2024 amounted to 39.01 percent, up 0.92 points compared to the September 2024 TPK which reached 38.09 percent.

The average length of stay of guests in star hotels in October 2024 was recorded at 1.48 nights and in non-star hotels for 1.18 nights.

The average length of stay of foreign guests in October 2024 was recorded at 1.91 nights and Indonesian guests for 1.44 nights.
