Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in Bandung City in August 2024 reached 61.68 percent, down 5.86 points compared to July 2024 TPK (m-to-m) which reached 67.54 percent. However, when compared to the August 2023 TPK (y-on-y), the Star Hotel TPK was almost in line at 61.84 percent, a decrease of 0.16 points.

The percentage of foreign guests who came to stay at Bandung City star hotels in August 2024 reached 2.08 percent. The percentage of Indonesian guests who came to stay at star hotels reached 97.92 percent.

The average length of stay of guests in Bandung City star hotels in August 2024 was 1.48 days. The average length of stay for foreign guests was 2.28 days and for Indonesian guests was 1.47 days.
