Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of hotels in Bandung City in December 2024 reached 67.63 percent, up 7.40 points compared to the November 2024 TPK which reached 60.23 percent.

The TPK of star hotels in December 2024 was 71.31 percent, up 7.49 points compared to the November 2024 TPK which reached 63.82 percent.

The TPK of non-star hotels in December 2024 was 45.26 percent, up 6.92 points compared to the November 2024 TPK which reached 38.34 percent.

The average length of stay of guests in star hotels in December 2024 was recorded at 1.43 nights and in non-star hotels for 1.17 nights.

The average length of stay of foreign guests in December 2024 was recorded at 2.12 nights and Indonesian guests for 1.39 nights.
