Abstract

Bandung City MtM inflation in September 2023 occurred at 0.11 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 115.45; for West Java combined MtM inflation was 0.11 percent, while national MtM inflation was 0.19 percent.

Several commodities contributed to inflation and deflation this month, namely rice at 0.21 percent; gasoline by 0.06 percent; filtered clove cigarettes at 0.01 percent; purebred chicken meat by -0.01 percent; cayenne pepper by -0.01 percent; garlic by -0.01 percent; red chili by -0.02 percent; cooking oil by -0.03 percent; shallots by -0.05 percent; and chicken eggs by -0.08 percent.
