Deputy for National Accounts & Statistical Analysis of BPS RI Mr. Moh Edy Mahmud S.Si, M.P visited BPS West Java Province in order to present the Agenda of the Deputy for Balance Sheet & Statistical Analysis in 2024. The presentation of the Agenda of the Deputy for National Accounts & Statistical Analysis in 2024 was carried out offline and online. The Chief Statistician of BPS Bandung Municipality, Samiran and the Team Head of Nerwilis attended online along with the Chief Statistician and Team Head of Nerwilis Bandung along with the Chief Statistician and Team Head of Nerwilis Bandung Raya (BPS Bandung Regency, BPS West Bandung Regency, BPS Bandung Municipality, and BPS Cimahi Municipality) attended offline.

At the beginning of his presentation session, Mr. Moh Edy Mahmud said "Thank you and highest appreciation for the support and cooperation of Provincial / Regency / City BPS and Subject Matter in providing data to produce quality balance sheet outputs that are useful for national development". He also emphasized the importance of BPS data quality.

In his presentation, Mr. Moh Edy Mahmud emphasized on 5 things, namely:

Encouraging Subject Matter in Provincial and Regency / City BPS to synergize and collaborate in the context of providing data for the preparation of Quarterly Regency / City GRDP.
Encourage the Nerwilis Team to always improve the worksheets and basic data on a regular basis, and participate in socializing changes in the base year (rebasing) of GDP/PDRB.
Encourage the Nerwilis Team at Provincial and Regency/City BPS to improve their competence, especially in the field of readability, continuously and educate data users about the meaning of GDP/PDRB data and other data produced by BPS.
Central and Regional BPS (Provincial/Regency/City) must oversee the planning and quality assurance of data produced by BPS through Quality Gates.
Request support from the Regional BPS in monitoring the recording of data on Trade Through Electronic Systems (PMSE) by business actors through the platform (channel) that has been provided.
